This is an interesting pair of notes. Both are the Fr# 1265 , Red Seal, Long Key Variety. One note is Almost Uncirculated. On the other note the portrait was modified con-temporarily into a fellow that looked as though he may have had a bit too much to drink. His nose, cheeks, and ears have been reddened. He has also been given some bushy hair and sideburns. He is also smoking an upside-down pipe, presumably to keep his light safe from the elements.
